I completely disagree with this assessment of Kuhn. He may have done a lot of rings wrong during his tenure as commissioner but with trying to curb the flow of drugs among players he did what had to be done.
Young people, especially ballplayers who could easily fall prey to vice, needed to be educated about drugs.
